1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Space Shooter: Endless Runner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the application immediately.

All graphics, visual assets, game mechanics, code, audio, and branding in Space Shooter: Endless Runner are the proprietary intellectual property of The Graveyard Studio and are protected by applicable international copyright and trademark laws.
3. In-Game Items & Virtual Economy
Any virtual currency, mineral loot, or ship upgrades earned or acquired within the game are intended solely for gameplay entertainment. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, refunded, or redeemed outside the game environment.
4. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Graveyard Studio makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free gameplay and shall not be held liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from game usage.
